Holy Cow!! What a difference! And in such a short amount of time! You look beautiful. Your extra chin is almost gone, AND you don't have loose neck skin. Lucky you!!! You are doing a great job. Congratulations!

Wow, that is amazing...I have my surgery on the 28th of this month, any advice?

walk walk walk ... even if you don't feel like it especially right after surgery. 
take your supplements.  even if you don't want to. 
keep your chin up....even when you are stalled....or in pain....things get better.

WOW! Congrats! What an amazing difference, and in only 4 short months. I can't wait for my surgery. I start my optifast liquid diet tomorrow. Just WOW!
