I had cataract surgery Mon. so no exercizing. I gained 4 lbs since this weekend. I am not eating anything different. Any ideas why I'm gaining? Thanks for help
Are you not allowed to walk following 24/48 hours? I had cataract surgery in 2000 and 2009, but I cannot remember the restrictions because it was pre RNY, and I was not walking like I am now.
We have been having rain & snow this week. So no walking. I was told no exercizing or bending. Been getting bad headaches from eyes trying to focus. Next eye on the 12th. I cant wait to get it done with. these are almost as bad as migranes.
