Clear soups

 Couldn't find a good answer for this, I'm on second week of liquids and shakes post op and I wasn't sure about measuring clear broth soups out.  Can I sip on these all day or do they count as a meal and should be portioned to 1/4 cup at a time and consumed with no liquids during or after?  I made a yummy egg drop soup with chicken stock anddobt want to over consume it :)

Clear broths can pretty much be sipped all day. They are liquids so they
just run through- no worrying about drinking before or after etc.
