I've been without internet at home for awhile so I haven't been here lately. Finally got online again and thought I'd try to post some before and after pics. swim suit pics are from July 2010 and January 2012.

thanks so much. I'm currently recovering from rotator cuff surgery so I'm not feeling too great at the moment but weight wise I'm feeling great.
