Today is my 6 month surgiversary and things are going great so far! I seen my surgeon today and told him I've been having some pain in my lower stomach, back, hips and legs so he suggested I get a girdle... Only problem is I'm only 32 years old and I have NO idea where to buy a girdle or where to even begin looking. Any information would help tremendously! Thanks in advance for any and all help/suggestions!

Not knowing what a "girdle" is, or where to buy them, has little to do with your age.   Nobody really calls them that anymore!

They're in the lingerie/underwear section.... "body shaping" undergarments.  Some companies may still label them "girdles," but I'm betting most don't... it sounds like it's something for old people.   Get some Spanx!

What about a medical binder? That works about the same as a girdle

Hah! That's what my surgeon called it so that's what I called it.

Try WalMart, not sure if they call them girdles there, but I know they have support garmets.  And they are pretty cheap there.  Kohls also has some support garmets.  Good luck!
