Took msm with biotin..............my skin sags ......... no luck for me! It may work for you!
MSM is methylsulfonylmethane... a natural sulfur compound. I took it up until about 2 years ago. I originally started taking it for arthritis pain (which it did not particularly help) but then kept taking it after my RNY because I read that it MIGHT also help with hair growth/regrowth. It didn't seem to help at all with that, either. I have not heard or read anything about it helping with the elasticity of the skin. There were SOME people claiming it MIGHT increase the body's production of collagen, but there weren't studies to support it.
Basically, form my experience, it is a waste of money. Some people can also have significant allergic reactions to it, it can interfere with certain prescription drugs, and some brands have been found to have heavy metals in them. So if you decide to try it, be very cautious about what type/brand you buy.
Edited to add that I had a TON of excess skin, even on my forearms, so it definitely did not help me with that!

I do the "it works" wraps for my skin. I used to have really saggy skin on my stomach, it's still not perfect but omg it's wayyyyy better! The wraps tighten your skin and help with detoxing so it's good for ya! Wrapwithalicia.myitworks.com

I've used them on myself, I had surgery in sept 2008. I actually use several of the products. I'm going to start distributing just cuz I moved to nd and I've been buying from my friend in PA cuz no one here sells it yet that I've found. My friend had surgery a few mos ago (8 i think?) n I introduced her and she uses them now too! It works great, the wraps have ingredients in the that tighten the skin and actually light your stretch marks. I have really bad stretch marks cuz my daughter was huge!! Lol so my stomach got huge. That on top of being over 300 lbs per surgery I have a lot of extra skin. I wish I would've known about wraps while losing, my friend used while losing and it helped her to not have a lot of extra skin...don't get me wrong it's not some miracle product. She still has some, but she was bigger then me pre surgery and although she's still losing, she looks great! I'm jealous lol just kidding I'm happy for her. I wrap my stomach every other week n my thighs once a month. My stretch marks are barely noticable n ive lost several inches of extra skin...I'm not here just to promote, I am actually part of a few forums, I just know I like when people tell me products that work for them, so I want everyone to know about these! I actually heard of these 1st from one of the MySpace forums for WLS I used to belong to...
