I am craving pizza so bad i am now on sold food i am not sure if i am going to give in to have some
DON'T DO IT !!!! Instead of you are craving pizza....get some SF sauce ( make sure it is SF or you may dump on the sauce.) add some cheese and microwave and crustless pizza.

Agreed, tnis early out pizza is not good.
However, long term, one slice of pizza (medium) is not an entirely bad choice. This info from Domino's shows that one slice of a medium pizza with thin crust, pepperoni and mushrooms comes to 248 calories, 8 gms of protein, 32 gms carbohydrate, 13 gms of fat.(no extra cheese)
The key here is ONE slice. Prior to WLS, a pizza meal for me could easily be three large slices. Now. it is one slice, max, along with fresh veggies.

Get some slices of pizza pepperoni; put them on paper towels. Nuke them for 2-3 minutes, until crispy. Pat the fat of them. Then add some tomato sauce (s/f if possible), then some mozza cheese. Nuke again until cheese soft. Crustless pizza.
If you overlap the slices of pepperoni and then use them as a base you can probably add a few more toppings; I am too lazy to bother; just want the cheese/meat/sauce part.....
