B-1 slice toast,1 fried egg,3 slices turkey bacon
S-2 string cheeses, 1 hardboiled egg
Lunch-1 slice of munster cheese,1 protein shake
Dinner- 1 piece chix parm mircowave kind, 3 chicken meatball,1 babybel cheese
So far it says I have 83 grams protein.
what shoule be my goal to lose weight?
I was drinking water today too!

Yeah, it sounds OK. The only thing is, you don't want to drink with food, so for lunch make sure you have your shake first, then eat the cheese. Don't take a bite of cheese, a drink of shake, another bite of cheese. And don't eat the cheese first, then drink the shake. You don't wanna wash the cheese out of your pouch because the sooner your pouch is empty, the sooner you get hungry again.
What's your goal weight? Cut that number in half and that's about how many grams of protein you need (according to the ASMBS).
If you need more food, if you get hungry, try raw veggies. They will fill you up without many calories. And drink, drink, drink in between your meals.
