I found fish easy to digest.  Salmon and Talipia etc are good things to move to early out.  Very high in protein.

white fish because they are not fatty. things like cod, flounder, or tilapia. shrimp or scallops are soft (if you don't overcook them)) and high in protein. Lobster or crab as long as you're not dipping it in butter.

beans, greek yogurt, order some pb2 or protein bread, add unflavored protein to soups, eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, flax seeds have some protein, if you're a fan of caviar it has protein (my friend who had rny 2 years ago loves caviar), lentils

Glad to hear you're back to regular food!  Woo hoo!

This isn't an all-inclusive list, but it's a start:

Spend a lot of time reading labels!  Shrimp is pretty high.  Wolf Turkey Chili is one of my easy "go-to" foods too.  23 grams of protein.

now that you are on regular food it is much easier - the foods I was recommended to eat first since they are a little softer but still solid were chopped meat, fish, shrimp (chew well), chili if you can tolerate it (can be spicy), eggs but not scrambled - over easy, pouched or small 1 egg cheese omelette is great - I couldnt eat the hole thing but tasted great - deli meats - roll up, cheese sticks, yogurt - greek yogurt higher in protein, put sf jams or sf torani syrup for taste. ricitta cheese with tomato sauce

after a little bit, you could try harder meats like pork, lamb, steak.

you can find lots of recipes at world according to Eggface
