the last 10 pounds tips/advice
How long has it been since the scale moved? How much exercise are you getting? I would try upping the protein a bit and getting more activity.

I exercise a lot (run 5 miles M-F Swim one mile MW). I haven't lost weight since November - well, up and down between 160-165. I wanna get to 150. So this week, I've banished carbs from my life. I can do it for one week, am increasing my protein, and increasing my exercise by adding an hour of yoga. I'll let you know if it helps, but I'm skeptical. I'm 21 months out.
