If your surgery isn't until July, why not try it now?

I totally agree!

 I am pre op and just had some of Nik's cauliflower "rice" to go with my Make Your Own Takeout dinner ... Oh Em Gee it was yummy!

I'm going to start rummaging through BariatricFoodie to dig up some more recipes.
