6 week check up

I had my six week checkup yesterday!! I have lost 47 pounds from my surgery weight. The doctor said he expects people to be at 15% of excess weight lost at this point...I was at 25%!! I feel so much better already. I am so excited to continue on this journey. I don't know exactly how to explain it...but I feel so optimistic about the future..I am looking forward to so many things. What a great feeling!!!!
