9 month out!

Had my 9 month appointment down 75 pounds since surgery!!! Down 96 pounds since first trip to the office! Feel great and labs are great! Still the best decision I ever made! Still trying to get used to what size I am, getting more comfortable buying form fitting clothes, now to donate the ones I can no longer wear!!!

Hi Kimmie,
How much do you eat now? Congrats on the weight loss. I'm hoping that I too will see at least 75 pounds at the 9 month mark, and 100 pounds or better at the 1 year mark.

Have you had any stalls, set backs?

Also, how much did you weigh on the day of surgery. Thanks.

congrats!!! i am a little over 9 mos post op myself. I agree, it was the best decision i have ever made too. I love being able to shop in the regular womens section. Keep up the good work!!!
