11 days out, first dump
o.m.g. that was HORRIBLE! i am on liquids til tomorrow and i'm dying to chew so i broke into my SF gum but i guess the sugar alcohol was too much this early or something bc i turned bright red, started shaking and sweating and had to go sit for almost an hour at the walgreen's bathroom. i couldn't feel my feel at all for some reason, like they had gone totally numb. ugh.
it was a heart attack, an anxiety attack and the worst hangover ever all wrapped up in one. ick. at least now i know: I'm a dumper.

Oh that stink I am sorry you experienced that. Remember it isn't recommended we chew gum in case we have a accident and swallow it.
