Questions for people who are two months out....
I recommend that you don't spend too much time comparing, because everyone starts and ends at a slightly different place. But since you can tolerate most foods and are getting your protein and water in - that's great (and much better than I did at 2 months out).
Are you doing any walking or exercise? That will really help you feel great, and you'll be amazed at how your energy level will increase as you lose weight.
Good luck!
My doctor told me at my six week check up that he wanted me to up protein intake to between 60 and 80. I have not been able to get anywhere near 80. How do you do it?? He wants me eating breakfast,, lunch and dinner with one or two small snacks. I never feel hungry either..or full. If I go too long without eating I sometimes feel like my stomach is empty but it's not hunger. Not being hungry sure makes things easier!!

I use Fitness Pal to keep track of everything, but mostly have 75 or more protein daily and try to hit 800 calories a day. I'm not really hungry either, however, when I do eat, I find I eat too fast and have chest pain afterward. (I really hate that, but its a good signal.) Im working on the fast eating part.
Haven't really exercised yet, but want to. I'd love a new treadmill so I could start running , Im just too embarrassed to run outside yet. :(
I think you are doing awesome!
