Question for Nik
I have to have some portable snacks like protein bars with me because of hypoglycemia issues - particulary when I exercise. But the commercial protein bars are too sweet, and full of lots of sugar alcohols. Can you recommend a portable food with a blend of carbs and protein that would be an improvement over a commercial protein bar. Of course, I would prefer something home-made!
