I have really bad athma, especially during exercise. I have a rescue inhaler to help, but was wondering if any one else experiences this problem. I am staring the process of wls and am concerned about my work outs and walking afterwards. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I get an asthma attack when I'm trying to push my workout to the next level, my pulmanologist recommended that I use my rescue inhaler prior to my workout when I'm going to be running that risk.

Otherwise just take it a little easier for now may be good. Waling 1/4 mile slowly beats not walking at all after all.
