NSV for me:-)
Good morning all!! Wanted to share my NSV, if it is one!?! I had started jogging/walking combo one week postop and have gradually been walking less and less. Soooo, this morning I was able to jog my entire route and add some distance- no walking at all!! Now, to add to my achievement, my neighborhood has insists of three significant hills and two steep inclines!!! Total distance was 1.93 miles- didn't realize how close I was to the two mile walk or I would have pushed a little further- couldn't see my tracking in my sleeve! I did it in 23 minutes, 39 seconds I am so happy I didn't walk any part today and even went further!! Never thought I could do this agAin- haven't run since high school and that was 20 years ago!! Even when the scale doesn't move, exercise is dramatically changing my body and I didn't know that could happen!!

That is amazing!! And so gives me hope!! Congrats and thanks for sharing!!! What goals have you set? I'd like to do the Marine Corps 10k in October and then next year do the Marine Corps marathon - but of course right now I'd just like to be able to walk to the car without breaking into a sweat!! hehehe
