Water - eight glasses a day
Loss - spark people, lose it
Excersize -spark people, lose it

For counting calories and fat and to use in stores...

 Love myfitnesspal!   Great app and has a scanner option for barcodes of food as well as regular search.   Track weight, food diary, water, and exercise:)

I use  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ and after looking at the others which are good too, I think this is the best with the most features you can use. If you are not using something like this you are just fooling yourself and shooting in the dark. People to lazy to log are to lazy to stay thin for the rest of their lives in my opinion.

My fitnesspal!! I just got a new smartphone, and while I have been using myfitnesspal for a while, all the mobile app features are AWESOME!!!

Um, until I realized that I am barely consuming 300 cal/day Boy, have I been overestimating....the barcode scanner really helps me out while I am out and about. That way I can enter it as I eat and not estimate when I get home.
