Will wonders never cease?... and a ?
I HATE GREEK YOGURT... I tried every kind of plain there is and mixed every thing into it that I could find suggested.
Then today, determined to add it to my regime... I tried Chobani Apple/Cinnamon. I loved it! I try to stay away from real high sugar just because it's not good for me... (the only thing I seem to have really dumped on is cake - to this day can't have a piece of cake). Anyhow - as near as I can tell from their website they do not add sugar. (the label does not list sugar, but does list pectin) I guess it is a non issue for me since I can tolerate it - but just wondered if anyone has any insight? I did a search on here, but didn't see an specific answer to that question.
Now I am looking forward to trying the other flavors!!!

I'm going to have to try the Apple/Cinnamon....like you I do not like Greek Yogurt.....actually the only yogurt I like it Yoplait. I found out about six months ago why I like Yoplait....it contains high fructose corn syrup so had to let it go. I think the only sugar in most plain Greek yogurts is the natural sugar that occurs in milk. Lactose.

They use evaporated cane juice as a sweetener. Pectin helps the yogurt "gel", and it's usually found in jellies and jams.
