Hello all, I am baaaaaack....
OK, so I decided to track my food again. I got in my 100 grms of protein today. I had the most success when I aimed for this. Today I feel like I consumed too many calories. The soft pretzel put me over the edge. No more of those. They have 438 calories but 12 g of protein. Chees and apple for snack tomorrow. I hope everyone os doing well.
