Back on track and feeling GREAT!!!
About a week ago I amde the commitment to get back on track. I am almost 17 months post op. I was at a real stand still since April. Sure, in part could have been a natural stall, but the biggest part was not putting protein forward, slacking on lvitamins, not checking in her regularly and too many carbs and not tracking.
Took off 5 pounds this week! My personal goal is 199. My surgeon is happy no matter what and said even if I didn't lose another pound it was okay too. I am about 8 pounds from my magic number and I WILL MAKE IT! Heck, maybe I will even exceed it!

Congradulations with getting back on track!!!!! I'm 17 months out and getting back on track too. I'm not in the US and took a total dive with my food plan. I'm setting new goals, writing down my daily food plan, and trying to stay away from carbs and late night snacks. Going away and not planning is the major cause along with not honoring myself by sticking to the basics. I'm back to taking it one day at a time :) You will exceed your goal and be encouraged!!!!
