Back from CA

 I just got back from a vacation to SF to visit my sister and her family.  All in all I did ok eating wise, although I was very happy that I am able to tolerate everything I've eaten.   I was concerned about the flights, so I mostly brought protein bars as snacks.  But overall things went well!

Glad it went well! Hope you enjoyed our weather here. I live about 40 minutes from SF :-)

 i did!  It is super hot where I am in NY (almost 100 when i left), so it was a nice break from that.  my daughter was able to enjoy the beach, we want whale watching, dolores park (i think that's how it's spelled) and the exploratorium!  

but alas, now i'm off to work lol. not sure WHY i scheduled myself to work the afternoon i flew back.
