How long do you wait in between meals
So I am working really hard at getting all my protein in through food....
I ate today around 3pm, when should I be eating again. I would love to say that my hunger drives when to eat but given that I am never hungry and I have to force myself to eat in the first place I am not sure when to.
Would just like to know how long I should wait in between meals????

from reading on here, it seems everyone's plan is different. i am not to wait more then 4 hours between eating something. breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2-3 snacks as needed. I tend to eat something every 3 hours or so, but they are usually all snack size.

I put something in my system every 3-4 hrs..I eat 3 meals a day followed by healthy snacks (yogurt, cheese , almonds ..etc) ..I also might drink a protein shake instead of eating a snack just to make sure i get my daily protein in .

I am use to eating twice a day so after RNY I have added a morning protein drink when I get up. Lunch depends on what I am doing so is eaten anywhere between 11:00 and 1:00.
Dinner is usually at 5:00 or 6:00.
If my protein has not been met, I will have a protein food or drink a couple hours after dinner.
I aim to not eat anything two hours prior to bedtime.
If your lifestyle allows you to have a set eating time then space it out according to how many meals and snacks you eat. I have never snacked between meals although it is recommended for RNY since we are to be consuming small protein first meals. So, anything in between depends whether or not I'm getting enough protein. If my day looks good, I don't eat but 3xs a day.
I may use the in between times for fruit and vegetables when I am able to eat more.
