These look yummy... I'll have to modify slightly for a family gathering and run the stats... a family member is allergic to honey, but this is great that it is also gluten free as hubby and a cousin are gluten free.

I am currently at critical mass with cheesecake recipes on the blog though. I think I need to explore other desserts so cheesecake doesn't get accused of a monopoly!
