first stall

Many folks stall, or really just don't lose for a week or two, which is not a stall. Just relax you will lose again soon. I and many others here did the exact same thing. You are doing great, just keep the faith.

I had a mini "pause" about week 4 for about 4 days, and then when I hit week 8 I "paused" again for about 2 weeks. I will be 11 weeks post op Wednesday and it just started moving again this week. I have read these boards and have come to the conclusion that it happens to all of us. I don't like it when it happens, but I have to remember that it's normal and not to beat myself up so much. I just stuck to my plan, bumped up my exercise.. and even added some more protein and walllah! I am moving along til my next one.. Good Luck and Keep up the good work!!!!
