first stall

So talk to me about the first stall.

My scale has stalled out for 3 weeks, with the exception of the GAIN i had from stopping my blood pressure med and diuretic.  (I since went back on my meds).

What can I do to kick the weight loss off again?  I'm not even at 3 months yet.

Many folks stall, or really just don't lose for a week or two, which is not a stall. Just relax you will lose again soon. I and many others here did the exact same thing. You are doing great, just keep the faith. 

That's pretty normal. You just gotta stick to your plan and the weight will come off. Be patient. It'll happen.

I had a mini "pause" about week 4 for about 4 days,  and then when I hit week 8 I "paused" again for about 2 weeks.   I  will be 11 weeks post op Wednesday and it just started moving again this week.  I have read these boards and have come to the conclusion that it happens to all of us.  I don't like it when it happens, but I have to remember that it's normal and not to beat myself up so much.  I just stuck to my plan, bumped up my exercise.. and even added some more protein and walllah!  I am moving along til my next one..
