Operation Get Back On Track

Starting today!!! I am getting back on track! I am not gaining but I am definitely not losing either. To start what are your favorite forms of exercises? What workd for you? What are your favorite easy meals? (Working, full time student, and mom of two) Also what are your FAVORITE PROTEIN POWDERS??? I really need help with this one. And what are your favorite breakfasts, and snacks... I'm so bored with my boiled eggs every day. I need help!
Also: I have a sweet tooth... For my fellow friends with a sweet tooth what do you do to curve this?

I've never had a protein supplement, so I can't help there.

Favorite breakfasts:
Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwiches or bowls
Cottage cheese with nsa peaches and a slice of ww toast
ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
bacon and eggs
Greek yogurt with 1 slice raisin toast

Snacks:
Crunchmaster crackers with a wedge of laughing cow cheese
nuts
fruit
slim jims
Luna protein bars
Greek yogurt
wasabi peas

Sweet tooth:
Klon**** nsa ice cream bars
Fudgesicle nsa pops
s/f pudding
peanut butter
fruit flavor tic tacs

Exercise:
Running
Boot camp
Hiking
yoga
P90X

The protein powder I use is al el-cheapo CVS Brand. I don't have very discerning taste buds so the CVS brand chocolate whey protein powder shaken in a blender bottle with ice and skim is my go-to protein drink.

Favorite breakfasts:
hard boiled eggs
turkey sausage
protein pancakes
greek yogurt
turkey bacon
scrambled egg beaters
omelettes
chocolate protein shake

Snacks:
dry roasted edamame
edamame
beef jerky
string cheese
turkey pepperoni
quest protein bars
pure protein bars
PB2 smeared on a apple
genisoy soy crisps
turkey jerky

Sweet tooth*:
Yasso FF Fro Yo Bars
NSA Fudgesicle
WW pita with splenda and cinammon
ghiradelli intense sea salt dark chocolate
chocolate protein shake
quest protein bar
* I don't actively try to curb my sweet tooth, that sets up a whole deprivation cycle for me. So I feed it, limited quanities of higher protein tasty desserts, or a small, small serving of dark chocolate.

Favorite Easy Meal:
taco casserole
chicken salsa
steak salad
SW chix barley stew
boca burger
gluten free homemade pizza
fish tacos
tuna/chix salad


Exercise*:
Running
HIIT (high intensity interval training - plyometrics)
CORE work
strength training
kayaking
yoga/pilates
hiking
cardio machines
water walking
swimming
power yoga
interval cardio training
gardening/yard work
road races (5Ks, 10Ks)
* I work out or choose some from of vigorous activity six days a week and lift weights at least twice per week.
