Monday is the day!
So excited! My re-birthday is Monday! I've nearly made it through the 2 week pre op without too many mistakes. I did eat salmon on Monday (not on pre op eating plan) I just needed a little something extra and the protein shake wasn't cuttin' it. Other than that I am proud of myself for stickin' to it as well as I did. Lost about 15 pounds and fit nicely into a pair of pants that hasn't fit in 2 years at least. Yeah Me!

Lisa K - we both have the same re-birthday! I also did pretty good on the 2 week preop diet - and lost 12 pounds-hoping by Monday the scale will show a few more dropped. Go You!
