I recently went to my friends daughters graduation party. I got out of my truck and started across the lawn when I heard her daughter say who is that? Then when I got up to her I said hey Cass didn't you know who I was and she said no you've lost so much weight I didn't reconize you!! I have to say that made me feel good. Also tonight I walked 4 miles at a fast rate and wasn't even tired!!! Loving my Life again!!!!

Great NSV. Had a similar experience today. Met up with my sister and 4 year old nephew at our local theme park today. As I approached my sister pointed me out saying, look whose here. He told his mom, I don't know who that is. He also didn't recognize me. Wow!

It does feel great doesn't it, I had an experience of not being recognized yesterday as well.

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!
