I am looking to expand my repertoire.  I know about Niks website, and her recipes are ver good! Have made a few. I want to download a bariatric cookbook to my Kindle. Looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Doesn't Nik make some of the greatest stuff!  I think I like her recipes so much because I would
actually make them.  It's everyday food cooked just right!

Pam Tremble also created a great cook book.
Here's her site:

There are some really good recipes there.

And of course don't for get Shelly.

I don't think her recipes are in a cookbook style.  I love to just follow her daily life as a WLS inspiration!

I'm no help for a downloadable cookbook, but besides what the ones already mentioned, I also love this site:

I use SkinnyTaste.  Her recipes are tailored towards Weigh****chers, but most of them also include all of the nutritional facts.  I prefer her site to most since she tends to favor spice and seasoning.  I find a lot of bariatric recipes to be extremely bland :(

I don't know if it's downloadable, but I bought the Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies book.  I haven't made anything yet but a lot sounds good.

I am a fan of Weigh****chers and this site has great recipes for weight loss. They will send you out a daily email full of recipes if you sign up for it. They also have cookbooks.

I would think that any low/fat free or sugar free cook books would work.  I have quite a few ff cookbooks from all the diets I've done.  I also have been looking at alot of South Beach diet books because they are low carb and higher protein.

Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life!
