I have turned chicken parm healthy. I use boneless skinless thighs (more moist for the pouch) grilled them with salt, pepper, garlic powder. then put ion cassarole dish with sauce and mozzerrella cheese and baked. WOW what a great protein meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Happy cooking

I will try it sounds yummmy. Yes using skinless thighs is the key to having chicken. Not so dry. I will try it but just now have to stay away from a lot of cheese, what is the sauce you talk about? I hope it is not Alfrado sauce......That would be a no go for me.

I use whatever red/marinara sauce I find. I like Ragu or Bertolis
