walden farms

 I always walk by the walden farms (0 calorie and everything/serving) sauces at the store and never get them, they get such mixed reviews.  but today i decided to try the carmel one.

i love it.  a bit sweet actually.  i was going to have it with an apple, then realized that it would be missing protein...so i mixed a bit in some plain greek yogurt and it was awesome.  

still haven't decided how i feel about the fake foods, but, it took care of the need for today!

 I'm curious, what are Walden Farms?    

I have the carmel syrup and agree that it is a bit sweet. Just wonder what it is I am really eating. Anyway, it is what it is and the taste gets me through when I am about to destroy all my hard work, lol!!
