I just took some medicine....I thought I had picked up my stool softener but accidentally had naproxene.....I took a pill before I realized my mistake.....what is going to happen? Will it do any harm to my pouch? Thanks!

You'll be fine. Don't make a habit out of it. I've taken my share of NSAIDS over the last year or so after long runs (I don't ever take narcotics) and other than needing a few Tums I'm fine.

Note: I am in no way endorsing other peoples regular use of NSAIDS, this is a personal choice.

Maybe it is too late but I would take a prilosec if you have one or something to reduce acid further. That was what my doctor told me if I ever have to resort to a NSAID drug. He warned me about potential bleeding or development of an ulcer. You could call them also.

Drink some milk if you can tolerate it.. It helps coat your tummy and intestines. You should be fine. I would move your NSAIDS someplace you wouldn't be able to accidentally get to them
