Puddings were on my liquid and pureed lists...depended on whether i could tolerate the pudding early out.

I have never been allowed pudding as a liquid, but it would certainly be included in the puréed stage.

It was okay on my liquid stage. Make sure you buy the package and mix it with skim milk, that way you get more protein. The pudding snack packs don't have the protein you'll need.

i couldn't have it as a liquid. in fact, yesterday was my first day or stage 2 and sf pudding was my first food :)
