Vitamins
Generic multi from Meijer - it's cheap and I do my grocery shopping there and it gives me 100% of the RDA of stuff (I take two a day, as recommended by the ASMBS).
Generic calcium citrate from Meijer, for same reasons as the multi.
Upcal D because it's affordable and easy.
Bariatric Advantage caramel calcium chews and Calcet Creamy bites, because they're yummy.
B12 shots - because they are cheap and convenient.
Sundown Perfect iron - it's cheap, I can get it at Meijer, it's carbonyl iron which doesn't make me constipated
