2 weeks out...
Finally able to start on regular food today. started off the day with 1 scrambled egg and 1 piece of turkey bacon. couldn't finish all the egg. it was good though after a month of only liquids! for lunch i had some tuna salad(fat free mayo, tuna, dill relish, and egg), about 1/4 cup, and put it on a piece of lettuce with some fat free cheddar.
already walked 1.34 miles as well today. weigh-in sees me down about 25 lbs. or a little more since surgery.
so far, so good, and life is brigher than ever!
