Salt makes me nauseous...and I'm tired.
Are you sure it's the salt on the pretzels and not the carbs? Try to be aware of other foods (not carbs, protein foods) with higher salt content and see what happens. My guess is the carbs and fat from the pretzels are making you feel bad and the cookies may cause your sugar to spike and then drop too low. Be careful.

I'm with Dana, I think this horrible tired feeling is because of eating processed white carbs - prezels - and has little to do with the salt! The cookies will have a very similar effect - neither are very sound nutritionally and both would definitely put me in a carb coma!

I was experiencing the same thing, one day, after eating a hard pretzel I became instantly nauseas and threw up into my garbage can at my desk, very embarrassing! It became worse over the years, to the point if I was eating a carb, I would start to wretch and vomit immediately! Turns out, I had three stomach ulcers that were getting worse, since I was unaware and not treating them, and apparently gluten inflames the stomach lining, hence why my body would sometimes reject carbs, and even worse were salty carbs! Until my ulcers heal, I'll continue to by non-celiac gluten sensitive. You might want to rule out stomach ulcers.
