grain free pumpkin pancakes
SUPER yummy
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup egg whites
2-3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon PB2 (optional, i just really like that flavor profile)
1/2 scoop protein powder
pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to taste
mix it all up together and cook like a regular pancake. don't rush flipping them though. they stayed together just fine for me, but took longer on each side then a regular pancake would. i topped with a little bit of sugar free chocolate syrup because i was feeling decant lol. this makes more then one serving for me.
