i would stick to what your doctor and diet plan are for you as closely as possible. HOWEVER i was driving the other and I started to feel really nauseous. I found some ritz crackers I had in my purse from awhile back. Im not supposed to have anything crunchy, but i figured i could chew it into mush well enough. after downing a bottle of water that didn't help i ate 4 crackers and i felt a million times better! i had just gone too long without eating anything. i would suggest eating SOMETHING even if it isnt the best for you, rather than nothing at all. and if you haven't had it before i'd start with very small bites to make sure your body is ok with the new food/texture
