Broke down and tried it yesterday. I made a "Latte" with strong French roast coffee and boiled the Silk and poured it over the top of the coffee. It was so good I mean really really good. Chocolaty and sweet with just a little mint flavor.

I am lactose intolerant and it sucks not to have a creamy treat once in a while.

I love hot cocoa, so I make my own. 2 cups mostly water, a TB or so of unsweetened baking cocoa, 3 packets of Splenda, and a splash or so of milk. So delish!!!

I believe in me...the best is yet to be!
