Hi, just had surgery a week ago, wile I was out walking today I had some twinges in one incision area.

any thoughts? Was I overdoing , twinges stopped when I stopped walking. Just wondering if this is unusual, or just part of healing?

I had a lap hernia repair done about a month ago and I'm still feeling some twinges.  I had to tone down my running last week and stick to Jillian Michaels and my Tread Climber.  So answer?  Yes, it's pretty normal.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
