I have an appt. with a dermatologist on the 26th but was just wondering if there was anything I could do for the itching until then?  What kind of meds are you on for it?  Thanks.

How bad is it? I have it and it has gotten way worse since surgery. Taclonex is the best prescription but is $$$.... Keeping moisturized with a non-irritant lotion is good. Benadryl liquid and cream help with the itching. One thing is not to bathe or shower too often. Hope it eases soon.

I have it on my forehead and ears. Coconut oil sooths and relieves the itching without burning. I have tried many creams both over th counter and prescription that burn really bad. Hope this helps

My son had it bad. He used the coconut oil and did help the itch. The dermatologist gave him some other meds. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. He wound up doing the Stelera shots and has had wonderful results. Everything is clear.
