Set em up and knock em down!
Just knocked off another goal. Tonight I walked 3 miles! Next up, 4!
I think everyone should set different goals for themselves after getting WLS, whether it be exercise wise or something else. It has really helped me. When I started my walking after surgery(10/15) I could barely do a half mile. I set a goal for a mile and hit it, then 1.5, then 2, and now 3. Great progress for someone still over 300 lbs and hadn't exercised at all in 10+ years. I also use the runkeeper app. It tracks distance, route, speed, elevation, time, etc...
In conclusion if you are not walking or not like you should be, just set an attainable goal and work from there! I promise you can do it! Best of luck to everyone on this journey

Great job! Your post is a good reminder about walking. I live in the rain zone of the UW (Seattle area) and hesitate at times but I should just do it.
I just got Wii Zumba. It is fun!! OMG they go fast, even at the beginner level lol Find something you like and you forget it is exercise. I just started it today. My goal is 3x a week for 45min to an hour. Did Zumba for over an hour tonight with a friend.
