prenatal vitamins
just curious what the skinny is on prenatal vitamins..i had roux-en-y sept 30th 2010..healthy in all regards.

Depends on which prenatal vitamins. They are not all the same. Anyone can slap the label "prenatal" on any vitamin they want, just like anyone can slap the label "bariatric" on any vitamin, regardless of whether it really meets the needs of bariatric patients or not.
The ASMBS says we need a multi with 100% of the RDA of most things in it, including minerals like copper, zinc, and selenium. If a prenatal has that, then it's a good choice for us.
