Today I was going to have breakfast at the local diner. I thought to myself, Mark is likely there and he normally rides his bike. So I thinks, why don't I ride my bike, today might be one of the last few warm mornings for awhile.

So I mount up and ride on to the dinner. I am greeted at the door as I come in "Howdy Slim". I said howdy back and was not entirely sure if they were genuine or sarcastic by that remark. I have lost a tone of weight, but still have that much more to loose.

Well when my little breakfast is all done with I check out the waitress tells me, Allen, you are looking so good these days! So fit and trim. Man my head about exploded on that one. Sang silly songs to myself on the bike all the way home.

It's already been a great day! I am darn close to loosing 200 LBS. I pray I can stay on course for the next year and get to goal!
