dumping and stomach cramping

so as we know there is no rhyme or reason to dumping. today we had lasagna from a local restaraunt for lunch for our Christmas party.   it was absolutely delicious but i dumped on the sauce evidently.

i got light headed, dizzy then about 5-10 minutes had to go to the bathroom. i had bad abdominal spasms before the bathroom episode

 

my problem now is that my stomach and muscles in my abdomen are hurting extremely bad.  This is definetly not my first dumping episode but this one has been sorta painful

 

anyone else have this problem??

you prolly pulled a muscle. take tylenol relax and put some ice and heat on it.
