My body has (apparently) finally decided where it wants to be!
I've been bouncing between 157-160 for the past few months now. So I think that's it. My journey appears to be done... from 340 to 157-ish. Of course now that I've said that, the scale will move again... but really, I hope not. I am pretty comfortable here.
The biggest lesson I learned? Losing weight doesn't solve life's problems... they are still there after you become thin.
But now that I am healthy, I will be working damn hard to stay that way. My kids deserve it.

I hope you didn't type that too loud, your body might hear it and try to prove you wrong!! Seriously though, you are just under 14 months out and could probably lose more if you wanted to. I don't know how tall you are or what you feel is the healthiest weight for you is, that is up tp you.
Congratulations on an amazing weight loss!!
High 250/Consult Weight 245/Surgery 205/Now 109

5'7" 157 pounds feels pretty good to me. Size 12, not too skinny, already see a few more ribs etc than I would like to see... so, yeah, I would really like to stop.
Of course I know I could have also stopped losing weight by eating more, more crap, more carbs, etc... but let's not go that route LOL!

Our stats are close but you have lost more than I in a shorter amount of time. My weight seems to be either in a stall or where it should be naturally. Maybe I'm too comfortable at 167 but would sure love to lose the additional 10 lbs.
Congratulations.

I have decided to distract myself from the weird world we live in by offering up some stuff I discovered after my RNY ten years ago. A decade seems like a good time to start. The above is when my body decided "OK, that's good enough", back in 2012.
