I ate like pig this Holiday, got to hit gym everyday this week
Be smart about your gym routine. Remember you body needs to recover from each workout and this includes rest and food.
If you are doing intense Cardio very it up my faves are Swim, Bike and Run but I don't do each one every day. I run no more than 3 days a week and then cycle and spin on non run days and will swim as well. If you are doing weights remember you can't hit the same muscle groups every day or you will do more damage than good. Best plans will have you working through various muscles on specific days.
Have a plan going into the gym and follow it that way you are accomplishing something.
Good luck

It does not sound from what you said you did that bad. Most of those foods are not that bad in my estimation. You could have done worse so congratulate yourself for not having other things you could have chosen. Of course that depends on the amount you ate of some of those things.
Look up on the internet how much exercise you will need to burn off those thing you ate. Be real careful, I used to try to burn off things I should not have eaten and would run 6 miles on pavement at least 3 days a week. Now after two knee surgeries, I wish I had taken it a little easier. I was stupid and should have asked a professional for help but I didn't and know my knees are shot and some things I would like to do are out of the question.
Don't beat yourself up over it, you did not burn the barn down.
