Please help 2 Questions..

Do anyone in North Carolina know of a plastic surgeon that will help fight for your approval for reconstructive surgery, of the extra skin. I have been denied already.

Also, Woman please tell me where I can find a bra half/ and full size, to make it look like I may have some kind of breast formation. Thanks sorry if to much information. 

I love lane Bryants bras, they go to lower sizes too.

As for bras, I would highly recommend Nordstrom. They carry a huge range of sizes and the service is excellent. I'm not certain what you mean by a half and full size bra, though.
