Energy Drinks etc...
I still need to lose 15 lbs to get to my goal weight. When I first had my RNY, I was not working but now I have 2 part time jobs (the sign of the times, right) and they are diametrically opposite. I either stand on my feet for 4 to 6 hours or I am sitting for 7 or 8. Tonight, I will have to cover the graveyard shift...something I haven't done in years. I just wanted to know if anyone out there has used 5 hour energy or another energy drink that has set well on your stomach and has not caused problems. I also do not want to mess up the basic well being I have since losing weight and regaining strength and stamina. Thanks for any suggestions.

I drink a Pink Rockstar almost every day. No sugar and no carbs. 10 calories. Only lightly carbonated. And YUMMY.
